Deskbud disclaimers  ❗

  • All figurines are handmade, sculpted, and painted so do expect slight differences from the pictures. Rest assured I will be keeping every deskbud as consistent to the pictures as I can.
  • As the figurines are handmade, they come with minor irregularities such as uneven surfaces and tiny dust particles.
  • While the figurines are fairly sturdy, they are still prone to damage if mishandled with rough treatment (eg. pulling/tugging on the flower). They are to be handled with care, avoid excessive sun and moisture if possible.
  • Not recommended for young children due to its size and fragile parts.

Keycap disclaimers ❗

  • All keycaps are handmade, sculpted, and painted so do expect slight differences from the pictures. Rest assured I will be keeping every keycap as close to the pictures as I can.
  • All pre-order/fulfillment keycaps are made-to-order, and the specific keycap modeled in the pictures will not be sent out. Pre-order keycaps have a production time of 3 to 5 weeks upon the date of purchase, while the production time for fulfillment keycaps will be specified in the listing.
  • As my keycaps are handmade, they come with minor irregularities such as uneven surfaces and tiny dust particles in the glazing. These do not affect the usage of the keycap and can only be noticed up close or against the light.
  • Mounting more than one Potted Pet keycap side-by-side on the keyboard is possible, but may be a bit snug to press down smoothly. As such, these keycaps are more for decorative purposes than frequent use. They can be used individually with regular keycaps without issues.
Payment
  • All prices listed are in USD and are non-negotiable.
  • Currently, payment is only accepted through this website through Stripe using debit/credit card.
Cancellations, refunds and exchanges
  • All orders are non-cancellable/non-refundable/non-exchangeable. Please be certain of your order before checking out.
  • Excess shipping costs will be refunded if the same customer places two or more orders to the same address from the same shop restock. 
Taxes/additional charges
  • For international customers, the customer will be responsible for any additional tax charges. This includes online sales tax, duty/customs tax, etc.
Processing time and shipping
  • All orders will be shipped out within the processing time as stated on the Shipping & Delivery page.
  • Any orders that include BOTH in-stock and pre-order items will only be sent after production on the pre-order item is complete.
  • Additional shipping fees will apply for items to be shipped separately.
  • A tracking number will be sent through email once packages are picked up by the courier or dropped off at the post office.
  • Any expedited shipping requests will not be accepted. 
Returned, lost, or delayed packages
  • After being shipped out, delays or lost mail are entirely dependent on delivery circumstances. 
  • I am not liable for lost or slow mail due to incomplete or incorrect addresses provided. Please double-check the fields before submitting an order.
  • In the case of returned mail, the customer will be responsible for the second round of shipping charges in the following situations:
  1. The customer providing an incomplete or incorrect address
  2. Failed or unsuccessful delivery
Product care
  • Once safely delivered, the customer is responsible for the care of the product. No refunds or returns can be made if the item becomes damaged in the hands of the customer.
  • Handmade keycaps are fragile by nature, so please handle and use them with care.
