How do sales work?
- Pre-order/made-to-order: Keycaps are not yet made, production only starts after someone places an order. (3-5 week processing time)
- Fulfilment: Similar to pre-order, but production is done in bulk within a specific time period. The fulfilment sale period usually lasts 24 hours, in which orders are collected. Some fulfilment sales have unlimited slots, while some will close once a specific quantity is reached. (3-5 week processing time)
- Raffle: Usually done with limited quantity ready-made keycaps, buyers are selected through a raffle/lucky draw for the chance to purchase them. The raffle form usually lasts 1-2 days for entry submissions, after which the 'winners' will be chosen and contacted for payment details. (1 week processing time)
- In-stock: In-stock keycaps are already crafted and ready to be packed and shipped off :) Listings that are not tagged otherwise are in-stock. (2-5 day processing time)
Will pre-order listings always be available? Will they be removed once a limit is reached?
New pre-order designs will now be limited to 1-2 months on the shop, the end dates will be indicated on each listing! I am currently in the process of retiring the previous keycap designs :)
Are you open for commissions?

What payment methods do you accept?
Currently, this site only accepts debit/credit cards and any additional payments through Stripe.
What are your keycaps made out of?
They are hand-sculpted out of polymer clay on top of a PBT keycap.
What do you use to glaze them?
I use water-based polyurethane varnish, usually in a matte or silky finish.
Can you combine my orders?
Yes, if you place separate orders to the same address during the same drop, I will manually refund you the extra shipping costs through Stripe within 24 hours. Your items will be shipped together as well.
Where's my order? The tracking system says 'delivered' but I have yet to receive it.
I've learned from a couple of customers that the tracking system occasionally updates early before they actually receive their order, so I recommend waiting at least 1-2 working days before worrying. If it has yet to arrive by then, please check with your neighbours or local post office for the whereabouts of your package.
